Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Brand Disclosure: Freedom of Movement HQ ("FOM") is a digital wellness and performance brand operated under Primal Fuel. Following the integration of FOM into the Primal Fuel brand, certain payment processing systems, email delivery systems, customer support functions, and digital infrastructure may operate under the Primal Fuel name.


1. No Physical Products

Freedom of Movement HQ provides digital educational resources and downloadable products exclusively.

We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical products.

We do not:

  • Ship physical goods

  • Offer courier or delivery services

  • Provide tracking numbers

  • Require physical delivery addresses

All purchases are fulfilled digitally.


2. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased product through one or more of the following methods:

  • A download link on the order confirmation page

  • A confirmation email sent to the email address provided at checkout

  • Access via a secure member portal (where applicable)

Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 10 minutes depending on payment processing and email provider delays.


3. Delayed or Missing Delivery

If you do not receive your product within 10 minutes, please:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct

  • Allow additional time for payment processing

4. Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that a valid email address is entered at checkout.

If an incorrect email address was provided:

  • Contact us as soon as possible

  • Provide the correct email address

Where verification is successful, we will resend access to the corrected email address.


5. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from Freedom of Movement HQ, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to:

  • Download and securely store your purchased files

  • Maintain access to your email account

  • Ensure your device supports required file formats

  • Create backups of downloaded content where appropriate

We are not responsible for:

  • Device incompatibility

  • Lost or deleted files after download

  • Internet connectivity issues

  • Email provider delays

  • Customer-side technical errors


6. Product Usage & Licensing

All products are intended for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Share purchased files

  • Distribute content to third parties

  • Upload products publicly

  • Resell or sublicense materials

  • Reproduce content for commercial purposes

All intellectual property rights remain with Freedom of Movement HQ and/or its associated brand group under Primal Fuel.


7. Refunds

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which outlines limited exceptions where refunds may be considered.

We encourage you to review the Refund Policy before completing any purchase.
