Refund Policy

Brand Disclosure: Freedom of Movement HQ ("FOM") is a digital wellness and performance brand operated under Primal Fuel. Following the integration of FOM into the Primal Fuel brand, certain customer support services, payment processing activities, product delivery systems, and communications may operate under the Primal Fuel name.


1. Introduction

Freedom of Movement HQ provides digital educational products, including ebooks, guides, templates, frameworks, workbooks, courses, and downloadable resources.

Due to the digital nature of our products, refund eligibility is limited once digital content has been delivered or accessed.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


2. Digital Products

All products sold by Freedom of Movement HQ are:

  • Digital

  • Delivered electronically

  • Accessible shortly after purchase

  • Generally non-returnable

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ebooks

  • PDF guides

  • Digital templates

  • Educational resources

  • Productivity systems

  • Fitness resources

  • Wellness resources

  • Business resources

  • Artificial intelligence resources

  • Downloadable materials

Because digital products cannot typically be returned after delivery, refunds are generally not available once access has been provided.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that access to digital content may begin shortly after payment has been processed.


3. Limited Refund Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

A. Non-Delivery

You were successfully charged but did not receive access to your purchased product.

B. Verified Technical Failure

You are unable to access your purchased product due to a technical issue originating from our systems, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period after notification.

C. Duplicate Purchases

You accidentally purchased the same product more than once and notify us within the required period outlined below.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights that may be available under applicable South African consumer protection laws.


4. Eligibility Requirements

To request consideration under one of the exceptions above, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of purchase

  • Provide proof of purchase

  • Provide supporting information if requested

  • Cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting efforts

Refunds will generally not be granted where issues result from:

  • Incorrect email addresses entered during checkout

  • Device incompatibility

  • Internet connectivity problems

  • Failure to follow access instructions

  • Spam or junk folder oversight

  • Customer-side software limitations

  • Customer-side hardware limitations


5. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 24 hours of the duplicate transaction.

Where duplicate purchases are verified, we may issue a refund for the duplicate charge or provide an alternative resolution.


6. Unauthorised Transactions

If you believe your payment method has been used without your authorisation, please contact us immediately.

We may request verification and supporting information before processing any claim.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

Where a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to provide relevant transaction records, delivery records, access logs, and account activity to payment providers where permitted by law.

Fraudulent or illegitimate chargebacks may result in suspension of product access and restriction of future purchases.


8. Approved Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method where possible

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

  • Refund processing typically takes between 5 and 10 business days

Any deductions permitted by applicable law or payment provider requirements may apply.
